Got my flightscope Xi+ set up today over all first impression with ball striking was great chipping will take some getting use to I set it up with 14' from Matt to screen and unit 8' back from Matt will keep you posted

When chipping with flightscope I did notice that certain mats produce different spins I have just a. Cheap mat a divot action mat and a CCE mat the CCE mat is best for chipping think it produces more spin so the flightscope can pick up shorter chips better will they do an update on PG so it goes into chipping mode on short chips and not stay in normal shot mode all the time

Find chipping is a lot better if you go into sim consol and turn off slow mode manually before you chip unfortunately you have to do his on every chip

Flightscope coming out with a new upgrade for chipping the remotely put the beta version on my PC tried it on there app worked great can now chipp 3 to 4 yards with no problems great improvement can't wait to try on PG this week

Just finished first round on PG with my FS with beta version from flightscope soon to be released improved chipping let me tell you it was fantastic best chipping I've ever seen or done might be a combination of that and the new PG update but I'm very impressed and happy

Would like to know why when I chip with a lob wedge does it run out so much for instance chip the ball 20' runs out to 50' my chips dont do this in real life a 20' chip with greens running at 10 for me usually only run 10 or 15' with a lob wedge I can usually get them to check up but not on JNPG is thus something that can be rectified

Need more data ricky, launch angle, back spin, stimp your chipping shots on, uphill, down hill, out of the rough (spin loss penalty), fairway, ect. There are lots of variables.

Wherever you get the ball data from, ie the Ballspeed, VLA, HLA, and spin numbers ie back spin and side spin (or total spin and axis, which ever is shown on FS)

I see similar tendencies and can probably help with some data. Is there a way to setup a game on a course green or take a flat green and walk around it in some way and drop a ball and shot like you would on your home course practice area?

Makes it easier to collect data ;)

Anyone getting an error with not advancing to next tee after auto putt? It always "Tees" me off from the last green after it auto putts.
