Link to policy is above, been active for about a year. I think the problem comes in that there is no way to differentiate a malicious disconnect from a unintentional disconnect. Therefore since this exploit has been abused in the past, there has to be a blanket policy for something like this. IN NO WAY IS ANYONE ACCUSING ANYONE OF CHEATING, it is just a blanket policy. If it helps any I was hit twice this week with the same penalty, hitting the ball in a water hazard and given no option to drop or rehit, only option was to get out and comeback in.

My final putt on the 9th hole is not registering. A 5' putt for par which was made.
Played it again, made it again, site failed to register it again.

What level did you register for... we are not showing you registered. is your player name parkle? if drake poll is your name and not just who you played with, I have reset and you should be able to see round 2 in your tournament tab now

First round of Valspar/TPC San Antonio, hole 11. Hit a drive that landed in the rough then magically teleported 800+ yards from the hole. Ball was in play and not a bad drive. had to rehit from tee. Took a 6 with the stroke and distance of a rehit. Is that just rub of the green bad luck or do I get a stroke or two back?

This has not occurred b4. Quite possibly because no one moved the ball on that tee. Right now game is not responding so I can not check if it is a collider issue or not.

I cleared your resume function so you can start on hole 4. The PP website and forums are down right now. once they are back up you should be good to go. I suggest not moving ball on tee. Can you tell me where you moved ball to...?

1st do you have this file.... sand_creek_lake_v1a .zip
2nd I could not recreate what you explained.
lastly when you do replay it there will be 1 stroke added.

after further investigation collider was found. do not tee off on the left side of tee box near left yellow stake.and you will not be penalized

read above post, if you aim left of stake you will hit invisible collider. I already reset you now you must live with what you get
